Numelixa uses account, order and device information to provide virtual-number, SMS verification, wallet and notification services.
Information we use
We process account information, orders, wallet transactions, API activity and the device push token required to deliver real Android notifications. We use this information to authenticate users, fulfill orders, maintain balances, prevent abuse and provide support.
Retention
Records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type.
Sharing
We do not publish your private account credentials. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers required to operate Numelixa, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the service and users.
Notifications
Native push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Push notifications may contain account, payment, number-status or verification-code information needed to provide the service.
Your choices
You can manage your account information and notification permission through Numelixa and your Android settings. API keys can be revoked and replaced. Contact support for privacy requests where applicable.
Security
Authentication and payment information is handled by the Numelixa service and its required infrastructure providers. Do not share account passwords or private credentials.
