1. Acceptance
By creating or using a Numelixa account, website, API or application, you agree to these Terms and the Rules, Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.
3. Wallet and orders
Wallet credits are used for eligible Numelixa purchases. Prices and inventory may change. Orders are subject to availability and the cancellation/refund rules displayed by Numelixa.
4. API
API access is provided for legitimate applications. Rate limits, authentication requirements and security controls may be enforced. Exposed or compromised keys may be revoked.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not use Numelixa for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, attacks, phishing, credential theft, spam or evasion of another service's security or restrictions.
6. Service availability
Numelixa uses third-party infrastructure and mobile networks. Temporary outages, inventory changes and delivery delays can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Suspension
Numelixa may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the platform, infrastructure or legal compliance.
